1. all documents and cargo certificates are now at the final stage of arrangement – as I have mentioned before 10.000 tons of cargo is already waiting in Genoa while documents will be ready still this week.
2. in fact there are 2 shore cranes in Bissau and the Charterers/ receivers can use them, but the point is that they are of the very poor quality, that’s why the Charterers would indeed like to employ geared vessels – just in case ;)
3. I was told that the Charterer has EUR 20-22/per ton secured in their budget to cover the sea freight .. and apparently from this what I have heard none even one cent more, hence please kindly advise how big gap do we have between above and Owner idea ?
4. as I said before, the Charterer has emphasized that for good performer they can offer contract for 5 years .. and as I heard even upto 30.000 mts monthly (ex. Genoa + Gdynia).
Could that be encouraging enough to 'go ahead' ?
